Our requirements are:
- good Danish/ Finnish/ Swedish language skills, verbal as well as written, due to communication with clients from different countries 👌
- good command of English communication - introductory training and regular updating training are conducted in English
- interpersonal skills
- there is no need to have special knowledge or education, we can teach a willing person everything
What will be the scope of your work?
- primarily telephone and email/chat communication with existing customers (80% comunication via e-mail, only 20% phone comunication)
- the customer line is passive, receives incoming calls and handles client requests through email channels, so it is not a routine daily activity👌
- communication with international clients in Sweden, Finland and Denmark
- follow-up with customer issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- cooperation with colleagues in the team
